Niagara Escarpment to Rademann Stone
Rademann Stone and Landscape Company is a family-owned business dating back to the 1940s. Their unique contribution to building, cut, and landscape stone comes from their ability to quarry from two locations in eastern Wisconsin, part of the 700 mile Niagara Dolomite vein, also called the Niagara Escarpment. Remarkably, this 700 mile ridge includes 230 miles in Wisconsin and gingerly snakes to the east and north, rising above and below the earth, to Niagara Falls!
On the Wisconsin side of the ridge, Rademann quarries from Fond du lac and Chilton, which gives it a stunning range of unique colors and textures.
